Generic PC images with serial console

The following images enable serial console on generic PC.

Images with increased PPTP limits
Note:  I have not had a chance to test these images, so please let me know how it goes if you try them.  A few people have reported success with these.  Assuming you are currently running 1.11 or earlier, you should be able to use the firmware upgrade feature in the webGUI to "upgrade" to these images (even if it's the same version number). 

Also note that the reason m0n0wall's built in limit is 16 is because mpd, the PPTP server component of m0n0wall, allocates all of the memory for those 16 clients at start up.  The majority of m0n0wall installations will not need more than 16 simultaneous PPTP users, which is why this limit stands where it is.  I don't know what effect increasing to 50 PPTP users has on memory usage.  I also have no idea what CPU impact this many simultaneous users would have.  Please email me if you try this and let me know. 

The only changes made to these images are to two lines in /etc/inc/globals.inc, specificially:

    "n_pptp_units" => 50,   
    "pptp_subnet" => 26,   

If you need a version other than what's listed here, email me and I'll create an image.
