m0n0wall source patches

As I gather patches to alter m0n0wall, I'll add them here.  If you have any, please email them to me at <m0n0wall at chrisbuechler dot com>.

If you're looking to extend or customize m0n0wall, the source code from pfSense may be helpful. 

The patches I used to have here have all been integrated into 1.2b7, so I have removed them.
